I think you are absolutely correct...I used to use Firefox, which will save logins, but I now prefer Brave (also saves login info)It doesn't for mine either, but that's only if you've saved your password through your browser, I think? For any sites you haven't, you need to know/find your details. I think. That's been my experience, but I'm also rubbish with computers and might be completely wrong!

I'd uncheck 'passwords' and 'form autofill data', if it were me...just so I wouldn't have to remember them every time, lol
