Is Tank Cycled Yet?

I think my tank is cycled but I want to make sure here are my test results

Amonia: 0
Nitrite : 0.1 ( lowest according to color chart)
Nitrate: 5
ph : 8.3
sal : 1.023

Is my tank cycled or should I wait for Nitrite to be 0, which would be no color change in test tube?

Id say thats cycled!

If those are your readings after one or more weeks I'd say its cycled. If thats after a few days, wait a bit longer
