is she sick?

my female betta isn't eating n she is not that active, she swim but most of the time just float, her colour isn't bright like before, it look like there a thin layer of dust coving her upper body, but there no sign of illness.... so werid
help

Is this dust gold colored? or is it like white fuzzy? You said there are no signs of anything wrong, but if you noticed that (as long as it hasn't always been there) then that could definitely be a problem. Pics would be great if you could get any, as that always helps in identifying what is wrong? What size bowl is she in? How often do you change the water?

the colour.... kinda golden(dark yellow?) n it not fuzzy, i change water 3-4 day about 10-30%, she live in a 1.8 or 2.5 gal bowl
this is what happen, i went to camp for 3 days n left some blackworms in the bowl, when i got back there still worms same amount as before, then i notice she not as active as before
she is scratching her self against the side of the bowl......? is it ick
her body look so solid... like almost end of her life ekkkkkk

You have velvet. You need to clean the tank and treat her for it. Either protozin or something better.
