Is Rhonda pregnant or sick?

Hi everyone. My zebra Danio Rhonda has a brownish/reddish marking near her lower belly. Is this a gravid mark or is she sick? If she's pregnant, how long until I can expect fry?

Danios scatter eggs in plants and do not give birth to live young.

If you can post a picture of the fish that clearly shows the red spot we will have more to go on.
