is my tank overstocked?

you can get away in what you have in there now as long as you keep up on your water change, but i wouldn't suggest adding anymore.
 
It's not a very good idea to change your water everyday, doing this would stress your fish. Doing 30 % once a week is good enough you can even do less if your fishy's aren't that messy....
 
you are never suppose to do more than a 20% water change at once especiially every day. I think its good to do one change every month. and no you tank is stocked fine.
 
I'm curious to hear what other people think about daily water changes. If you are changing water that frequently, then your aquarium water parameters are virtually equivalent to your tap water (no ammonia or nitrites, stable pH). As long as temperature is equalized, would this be stressful to the fish? Or do you mean that the siphoning and so forth are stressful?
 
I am forever topping up my tank on a almost daily basis at the moment due to water evaporation.. usually a cup or so.
I still do my 25% every 8-12 days, keeps them happy! keeps my pH perfect :thumbs:
