Is My Tank Full

I have a 7" occelifer, 6 rather large Silver dollars and 3 tiny ottos, is there room for any more fish in my tank....?? all advice welcome.

That's just over 50 gallons. And if it appears that they all have room to swim around, and they don't show sickly signs or depression then I'd say you're fine. If you're worried then just don't add more fish.

If you start finding hidden bottles of vodka around the tank, I would say that is a sure sign...!

I guess depression means that the fish will not be acting in its normal manner, i.e. hiding more often, and not being as active..

They have plenty of room and show no signs of depression, although i caught one of them watching Eastenders last week..tut tut!!

The tank is 42 uk gallons but with gravel etc 40.

i dunno if 40g is big enough for 6 SD's??? they do get rather large.... anyone else got an opinion on that.

ideally SDs need 55g+
