Is my Pleco sick?

Hello!

I bought this fish a few days ago and I am worried about it not feeling well in my tank. It looks bloated in it's bottom area, and a bit bloated in general. It is not too active as well. What do you think?

It is an albino Bristlenose, unfortunately passed away a few days after the post
