Is My Neon Tetra Preganent?

hi One of my neon tetra,s has become very fat and is not schooling with the others, and tends to hang around the bottom corner of the tank behind the rocks and plants,
If i look down at it its very wide,
I have attached a pic, is it pregenant? Or is it ill?

Looks ill to me.

Neons dont get pregnant as such.

Looks more like an illness, maybe internap parasites. Dropsy maybe.
Is it eating okay?
How are your water stats?
How big is the tank and what tankmates do you have?
