my female molly was a little fat before i left to go camping but now that i’m back i see that she has grown a lot. she looks really pregnant which is totally a possibility because i see the male trying to impregnate her like every day. i’m a bit confused though because she doesn’t seem to have a dark gravid spot.

The scales are sticking out a bit so bloating.

If the fish has stopped eating and is doing a stringy white poop, it has an internal bacterial infection and will probably die within 24-48 hours. There is not normally any cure for internal bacterial infections.

Don't pay too much attention on a gravid spot. Most female mollies won't show a gravid spot to start with.
