Is my molly going to give birth soon?

Hi! I have a silver finned molly (i think) and i was told at the pet store she was pregnant! I was very excited and was told she had a week before she was to give birth. It has been a week and nothing has happened. There is not a ring under her and she shows zero signs of going into labor. Could she have become stressed and aborted her pregnancy? If not how mcuh longer will I have to wait> Help, please! Thanks!

She might have aborted from the stress of being transported home. Is she still fat? Thats basically the only sure sign of a pregnant fish. Its impossible to tell really when she would pop without knowing how long she was pregnant. The gestation period for guppies is about a month and I think its about the same for mollies.
