Is My Golden Nugget Pleco Dead?

This fish appeared from hiding earlier this afternoon with a suspicious rash. Not on any other fish in the tank. Not moving/nearly as shy as normal. Not sure if gone/going to fish heaven? Advice please.

looks a lot like a heater burn, and plecs are very prone to this, If it is indeed still with us, then treat with anti bacterial anti fungal meds and ensure water is maintained at tip top quality, and fit a heater guard to protect him or any other fish from suffering the same fate.
