is my albino channel cat pregnant or sick???

hi all, the title basically says it all. but it has gotten a lot less active, and is getting rather large. a lot bigger than my other cat. and the other cat fish stays around it and keeps the other fish from comming close to it. any help would greatly appreciated.

Channel cats are very different to plecos, and in my (limited) experience with them it seems that a pot belly is normal for them, as is a reduced activity level as they mature.
