I don't see why not. It's a bonding thing. The only thing that I would wth out for is that the "nibbles" don't turn into "bites". I've heard soem stories of parrots turning evil, though I've never experienced this myself firsthand.

Well then... hmm... i've finally seen it. it's confirmed now. Like I said, be careful that it doesn't get to harmful to you, and make sure you have no contaminants on your hands (like ~T~ said). Then it should be fine.
Alright great, he's my only fish that does it, and I just love the little guy .
EDIT:Wow mines not quite like that, he comes over and stares at my hand moving things around, so I'll stop and he'll start nibbling my finger, if I don't stop he looks all depressed and I feel bad, I really didn't realise how much personality fish can have.
Geez ~T~ Those are one aggressive line of parrots you have there . The KK must be worse to you. How big is it now?
Josiah ~T~ is jsut hsowing what htey CAN do, and as a warning to watch out for more aggressive behavior (am I right?). All fish have unique personalities. Soem are much more aggressive, some are more laid back. I didn't realize how much personality fish had until I lept outside of what I call the "mindless drones" of the fish world (i.e. comon livebearers, tetras, etc.) Cichlids have the most personality and personality variance that I've seen in any fish, except for maybe bettas, but that's another section.
Can yo post pics of the little fella? I would love ot see it .
