Is It Safe? Or Too Risky

My betta fry tank is disgusting. There's so much planaria on the bottom i can't stand it.
I was wondering if it was ok to clean the fry tank of 1 week olds twice in one day?
I've been changing about 20% each day - probably less actually. I really just want to get all the debris off the bottom.
What i would really like to do but i know i can't is do a 100% water change and scrub out the tank while the fry are in a holding bucket for a bit.

Yeah, I'd say you can do that no problem. Mine are at 1 week and handling 50% daily water changes just fine.
