could i add a pair of firemouth cichlids to my 39 gallon tank, it contains 2 baby albino convicts, 4 mollys and a clown pleco, they all get along fine. ?

No, cons if paired off will dominate everything in the tank :good:
too true. Firemouth's and convicts may not mix well as they are both aggressive and similar size. However it does depend on temperant

nope the cons actually dont like eachother, is there another type of cichlid i could put with these?

Oscar?

i would love an oscar, even though my tank is large enough for it, i wouldnt get one, i've heard people have to many problems with them and cons.
eye eater?

how big do they get?

39g, oscar? :/

Can't really help with the stocking as i don't know much about cons but +1 to nelly.

Not an oscar, tank isn't big enough, especially with other fish in there as well.

No way to a oscar, at least a 55g tank thats bare minimum, best of a 75g imo....

what is a eye eater? sounds like a alfred hitchcock book,

Personally i wouldnt, however if the two cons are not getting along rehome one, then you could try one firemouth
