Is it possible to over plant a tank

Granted its mostly fake plants. Check out my siggy for the 35 gal... for those fish, can you have too many plants in a tank... pretty much the whole back wall is plants and the two back corners. I think there is plenty of swimming room, but I look at pics of other tanks and mine looks so crowded comparitavely.

Not even close. I've seen a lot of tanks with a lot more plants. I'm working on mine, but need a C02 fertilization kit. I'm actually pretty close to where yours is now, but with live plants and I don't feel I've come close to it's threshold.
