No its not tattoe'd thank god, but its deformed beyond belief,like those balloon mollies and rams,i cant be good, then theres those neon angels and rams theyv'e invented,there just wron imo

Its people over breeding their fish. My pair of Rotkeil severums had 3 batches of beautiful healthy babies, then the 4th batch there were some with deformaties in the spine. I euthanised them, but I do have 1 that I missed looks like a discus with a long nose!. They get stuck with a batch of deformed fish, so give them a fancy name "baloon or angel" and they are suddenly a new trend
