Is the website running a bit slow? It is taking a few minutes to load for me and I have to reload in order to post. How do I fix this?

First thing to try would be to clear your pooter's cache and cookies & restart as that can slow things down

Other than that, at certain times of the day there are increases of traffic to websites like these, especially when multiple timezones are used around the world like this website has...and often there are spam/media bot invasions too which are a headache to manage

By clearing your own pooter's cache and cookies at least once a week or when you shutdown at the end of the day, will help with general speed. You can also contact your ISP to ensure there are no issues there, especially if more than one wesite seems slow to load/refresh
