Is It Bacteria?

I'm not sure if you can see it however they are visible. I'm not sure if they are bacteria or not but it looks like they are white and looks like hair or pieces of hair joined together. They are attached to the back of the tank and some seems to be flying around the tank.

Thowing a guess in here that you have Planaria, they are quite comon and not harmful too your fish, usually they appear when you have been over feeding. cut down the amount of food you are giving your fish and they will dissapear as soon as they appeared
