Is gorilla glue super glue safe?

Yes. I personally don’t use it, but other members have said it’s safe.

(I use super glue. “Krazy Glue” to be exact)

Yes, gorilla glue, and most super glues, are safe for aquarium use, just wait a few min for the glue to dry before adding it to your aquarium. The water in the aquarium causes the glue to dry almost instantly and so it won't give off toxins, but it won't be sticky anymore so if you don't wait for a little while the things won't stick. Best of luck and have fun crafting!

I have a little craft I want to make. Is this glue safe to use?
Gorilla Super Glue is a cyanoacrylate, safe for aquariums.

I also read that Gorilla Glue, a polyurethane glue, is safe for aquariums after it has completely cured (~1 week).

Super glue is safe for use in fish tanks because it becomes completely inert when moist or wet. The main active ingredient of the glue is Cyanoacrylate. ... Cyanoacrylate is by definition an aquarium safe glue, as water is an accelerant (or catalyst) of the curing process

Great thanks! I found these cool Cichlid caves but they need an upgrade. I want to glue greenery on them to make them more attractive in the tank.

The super glue works great for attaching plants! It might melt the roots a bit but they will just regrow!
