I was wanting to transfer DVDs on to my ipod nano (3rd Gen) to go on hols with but finding it a bit troblesome!
Anyone know what the best FREE software is/use that will enable me to Rip then Convert a DVD to an iPod.

you can try - ImToo DVD ripper - -
then convert your file using Allok Converter - -

just google the programs - u ca get a cracked version of each
in isohunt.com - just search for the progs on the website:

however the files being downloaded in that site are torrent files
so you need to get a download engine in order to get the stuff -

i'm using uTorrent in my PC- and Azureus with my Mac -
just Google it and it's Free to DL.
