Introduction

Hi, my name is Don and I've been keeping fish off and on for 45 years or so. Last year I was inspired to get back into the hobby and try my hand at some things I'd never done in a tank before (invertebrates/live plants/labyrinthine fish). I'd previously never had more than one tank going at a time and nothing bigger than about 20gal or so. The hobby has been intermittent for me because I'm a pastor by trade and subject to move on the whim of my Bishop. I now have a 34gal bowfront (giant danios, betta, green corys, black loaches, rubber-lipped pleco, nerite snails) and a newly set-up 5gal on my desk in my office (green corys, betta, mystery snail). I've attached a couple pics for reference.

Understandable that when you have to move around, keeping a fishtank is not always that easy when you have to move again. I love how you've staged that piece of wood in the smaller tank.

That was in the bigger tank, but I found something else for that tank and moved it to the smaller on. Honestly, It just fits better toward the front.
