I set up my first tank in almost 30 years around 10 months ago. It is a 5x2x2' or approx. 500 l. / 135 g.
Living in Malaysia, I wanted to keep the range of residents to Southeast Asian species, but this may change in the future (or if I find space for another tank):

- Kuhli, Clown, Vietnamese Hill, and Borneo Loaches
- Siamese Algae Eaters
- Boesemani and Neon Rainbow Fish
- Harlequin and Scissortail Rasbora

If I get a chance to set up another tank, I am contemplating mostly rainbow fish. Saw this at the Berlin Zoo last summer.
