Introducing Nozdormu, Aka Stumpy

His name is Nozdormu but we all call him Stumpy as he's missing the tip of his tail.

Is he a bearded dragon? I really have no idea so its a very vague guess!

I saw some lizards at the pet store/LFS, whats it like to keep them? Can you let them out of the tanks or do they bite lol?

He only came home today so I can't give you much personal experience with this boy.

Yes, he's a beardie. He's about 9 months old and pretty docile. Quite easy to handle and doesn't bite, although Stumps is grumpy and likes to flare and hiss when annoyed. They need a 4 foot viv for an adult and a 3 foot viv for a sub-adult. Need a warm and cool side to the viv - mine is at 92F on the warm side and 80F on the cooler side. Need UVB from a bulb or tube (at 10-12%) and some kind of basking area. Feed on 70% veg and 30% live food as adults.

I'm planning to let my boy roam tomorrow - we'll see if he gets lost or not!
