Interpet T5

Any one used the Interpet T5 Compact Starter Unit and Interpet T5 TriPlus bulbs. They seem to good to be true to be honest, 12" bulb (i know there are 2) together giving out 24W? If it's true then it's the answer to my problems.

I have an Interpet compact luminaire and it is excellent, I am really pleased with it.
