Interpet No6 Anti Whitespot Plus And Zebra Loaches

Last night I added Interpet No6 Anti Whitespot plus to my tropical tank, as on of my Black Mollys has what appears to be White spot.

I have since been looking on the net and read this can be dangerous for loaches

My simple question is, will this cause harm to the loaches which are all healthy, and should I do a big water change when I get home from work?

Hmmm, I think I maybe should a water change tonight and another tomorrow to reduce the concentration of the AntiWhitespot treatment.

Annoyingly it said nothing in the books I have about loaches being sensitive to this.
