Hi guys i need to clean my tank on the inside so its a bit clearer. What do you guys use and do you thing its any good

From what i can see there is only 2 options

Mag-Float (Or any magnet cleaner)
Scraper (Metal and Plastic)

I know it means getting wet but a filter sponge i would thought will clean well...

Thanks

I use a nerite snail, 2 bristlenose plecs and 3 Siamese algae eaters to clean the inside of my glass on my juwel trigon 190 :good:.

I have a magnetic cleaning thing made by marina that's like a stronger mag-float too, but have never really needed to use it :).

Amen, I use fish and only resort to the magnets when i have to! The magnets and blades all scratch the tank and ruins it over time. Buy an algae eating plec to fit the right size of your tank, and then ur sorted!

my magnet works great for me i love it,it really works good

I use a magfloat with the scraper attachment, best of both worlds :D

I use a single edged razor blade, once in a while I use a holder to reach parts of tanks higher up on a rack. I have been using these for so many years at work, around the house, as well as with tanks that I feel that I have much more control with it. Verly little pressure is needed with a fresh blade, and you can pull backwards with it to gently remove anything from the silicone seams.

I use some filter floss stuff, cant remember the name, brain blank at the mo ha ha, you know the white polyester pads, I use them , work a treat.

hi
i use an old bank card, and it works great.
mag floats are also very good especially if you don't want
to get your hands wet, however becareful small stones
don't get caught between the pads or it will scrape the glass.
