Interior Painting

I'm wondering what others do about interior painting and want to handle things cautiously after Synirr's losses from the shower cold remedy. I plan to use oderless paint but there's still bad stuff in there even so. I'll probably have to wait until I can open up the doors and windows then turn fans on to direct the fumes outside. Just curious what others have done.

edit: I have two 5 gallons and 1 planted 10 gallon and live in a small house. Thanks splish! The sheet is more plausible *sigh*

Put something over that tanks, like a sheet. If they are just little tanks, you could probably move them while you painted.
