At least Harlequins understood that double negative meant double zeros .. I scratched my head over that one for a long time, lol.
Yes, just reaching double zeros at 12 hours the first time doesn't mean fish, it means you're ready for the qualifying week. If the filter can repeat the performance for a week then you can trust that it can do it with your fish too! Often if a filter is "fooling" you then it will spike on you during that week, whereas if its rock solid double-zeros all week then you get a great feeling of confidence for your fish.
In the end its a judgement call, so just keep showing the members your log info and they'll help - Caz is a good judge so I'm sure she'll keep an eye on you.
