Inches From Being Finished And Now I Have A Cloudy Tank

At least Harlequins understood that double negative meant double zeros  .. I scratched my head over that one for a long time, lol.

Yes, just reaching double zeros at 12 hours the first time doesn't mean fish, it means you're ready for the qualifying week. If the filter can repeat the performance for a week then you can trust that it can do it with your fish too! Often if a filter is "fooling" you then it will spike on you during that week, whereas if its rock solid double-zeros all week then you get a great feeling of confidence for your fish.

In the end its a judgement call, so just keep showing the members your log info and they'll help - Caz is a good judge so I'm sure she'll keep an eye on you.

After slogging through a 70 day cycle on my tank...I'll admit I canned the qualifying week and turned it into a qualify 2 days!! Turned out okay. Let us know how things go.

LOl thanks WD.

and Gvilleguy yeah I did something similar ;). Mine was about the same length too.

Abi, if by like Thursday/Friday you've had readings clear as a bell all the way through then you'd prob be safe with a few fish then. I think the qualifying week is just to make sure it's not a fluke really.

If I'm clear til Thursday I'm gonna get some fish on Friday, just three to start with.

Have you thought about what fish you are going to add? and in what order?
If this is earlier in the post and i have missed it, i appologise...
