Inch Per Litre

Can anybody tell me the inch of fish per litre rule. I have a 58 litre tank.

It's inch of fish per gallon - thats US gallons as far as i know?
So 58 litre = 15 us gallons, so thats 15 inch of fish. But remember the rule is for the adult size of the fish. Theres also a lot more to take into concideration when buying fish, obviously you couldn't keep a 15" fish in a 15 gallon.

Don't put too much stock in it. Although you hear it tossed about often, it's certainly not a "rule" and barely qualifies as a guideline IMO. There are far too many exceptions to it.

Forgot to add that, it's like a rule of thumb.
