I'm Woried About My Snails

could somebody please give me advice, my golden apple snails keep climbing onto my heater, i'm worried about the getting burned i can't take them off without hurting them so i don't know what to do, please respond asap

Add a cucumber slice to your tank, your snails will be almost attached to it.

as long as the heater remains in the water i wouldn't worry to much about it getting burned. my mysteries do this all the time no harm to them. if you are truly worried about him just poke him off.
leaving any kind of vegetable is a good snack but do not leave them in there for a prolonged period of time as it will foul the water.

I'm with sailornight on this, mine are often on the heater, when they have had enough they just detatch and glide to the bottom, no harm done. Another thing they do which causes concern is to float on the surface, I thought I had lost my purple beauty, after a while he opened up floated down and carried on as normal, just having a kip I guess.
