Apollo sharks, really. I have a 75 gallon tank with three striped barbs, a jack dempsey, a green terror, and most importantly, a ghost knife fish
I love all of my fish to death, of course, but the ghost knife especially. Do apollos nip? I'd hate anything to happen to my bgk. He is about 5 or 6 inches long at the moment, the apollos at my lfs are probably two inches long, I'd say. Would this cause issues? The tank is planted and has a lot of pvc piping laying around for caves, if that makes a difference.
Also, I'm reading on the internet that these fish should either be kept alone or in schools of six, what do you know about this? I don't think I have room in my tank right now for six, especially since they reach roughly 8 inches if I've done my research right. Do you know how long it takes for them to reach such a size?
