I'm Peed Ooff But Glad Ebay Are Soo Nice

As some of you know i won this tank on ebay the other day

but now the seller wont reply to any emails with where i can collect it from only says - I'm in reading and thats too far for you to travel to come and collect !!!

I have also phoned her as was given her number and had no joy

So after a few of these i rang ebay
spoke to a lovely man who said they are going to investigate the case and they think looking at recent sales of these tanks the seller thinks that it has sold too cheaply

Whil;e i was on the phone i said i was extremely upset by this - so he offered me a £10 voucher - i said i'm more upset than that so now they are investigating the sale and the seller and giving me a £20 VOUCHER !!!!!

YIPEEEEEEE bit of a bugger about the tank but i'll have £20 towards anything else i want or if they make the seller sell it to me this tank

So from this to this in 1 phone call

I'd give the seller a crappy feedback if they won't honour the sale. If they think they sold it too cheap they should've upped their reserve to something near what they wanted for it.

If the seller sells on a regular basis they might find that the crappy feedback is not worth the hassle of arguing with for and extra few quid.

I was really annoyed. I had recieved an email from the seller to say that his "wife" did not want to sell it at the price it reach! I was fuming.

I contacted ebay and they said they would investigate. They kicked them off ebay but that will not stop them from reapplying. I did not recieve anything. So you go a good deal!!!

I always ring them (dont email you get nothing) when i get annoyed with a fellow seller and 9 times out of 10 get a voucher - TIP always refuse the first amount

Yeah the problem was that I could not find the phone number on their site. Their "help desk" is a rabbit warren and I got more annoyed with that then aswell!!!

I swear people can be idiots. If ya don't want to sell something that cheap, then put it up for more!
