sorry for posting all these questions but i want the juwel 180l tank sowhat powerhead size would be needed.Is a RO unit just like a filter or would i need a filter aswell.

For an 180 I would defo use 2 x M620/2400 lph Seio's

This will give you 26 x turnover of your tank volume

Filter - By that I assume you mean Biological Filter - This is best taken care of by Live Rock
