In this pic, the female to the left of the male is who I'm worried about too. Her belly is a bit sunken? Shes definitely lost weight

Sadly it can mean internal parasites so what does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet, also is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed, and also losing alot of weight can be wasting desease fish tb.

Also i woud issolate her immediately to be on the safe side.

Suggest you get her into a hospital tank and treat her with JBL furanol. (be warned that the furanol kills filter bacteria so cannot be used in the main tank)

It fell off. I'm not sure if it was jsut something that got stuck there. There was no visible hole. He appears fine and so does she
