hi can any1 helpout I bought a trio of haps i think their Aulonocara stuartgranti but looking again they could be baenschi the male has blue face and blue dorsal that fades into yellow with yellow spots on anal the females three black spots along its sides with yellow tip on dorsal www.jjphoto.dk/fish_archive/cich1.htm

I would venture to say a morph of Stuartgranti because I've never seen Baenchi with a blue dorsal, but it's very tough to tell with Aulonocara, and in truth it could even by a mix of a couple of varients.

BTW, Aulonocara are not Haps, they are their own

after looking again i think your correct the bloke i bought them of tells me the male hasnot matured and will darken looking at their behaviour they look like their pairing the female has started hiding in the rocks
