Identifying Goby?

Hi All,

I bought the below gobies today from my LFS and wondered if anyone could shed some light on what I have bought and ideal tank conditions?

there are alot of freshwate gobies, few in the trade and so varied that many retailers dont know what they have.
but seeing as it has a red tinge to the fins im gonna say it might be a sumatran red neon goby. One of the stiphodon species.
