Identify My Pleco Please

I have had this pleco for ages and I have never actually know it's name

I'm not sure but I think someone called it a scarlet pleco (L025)or something or other. I was advertised as a redtailed spotted pleco (talk about stating the obvious)

Looks like a scarlet to me (when I saw the piccy in the competition thread)

Side on piccy would be good - but the colouration and the striking gold eyes are pretty conclusive

just to update...

I think I may change my mind... Looks like an 024.

I'll post some piccys tomorrow - but we got 3 today and they are the light colouration of the 025's and looks like yours
