i have an idea but i need to put my betta into a 1.5... poor him...but any ways. im thinking about getting some females an putting then into a tank with 2 african dwarf frogs i an gonna try to get females that very greatly in color like white blue an yellow or something the tank is a planted 10gal with lots of hiding spots an stuff give me ideas or tell me what you think!!

Why not get a 2.5g for the male betta then get 4 to 5 female bettas with the ADF's but you might have you remove the algae eater by returning it to your fish store.

well what kind of algae eater is it? I have 2 golden algae eaters in my community tank which has 3 female bettas, 1 silver molly, 6 rainbow fish and i don't seem to have any problems

Its a siamese algae eater.
