Hi I have this coral thing and It just inflated itself like a balloon.

Not a very good pic but you can see what it is. It's normally just fuzzy with lots of tentacles.

?? Do you meant the dark red bits? Cos they look like mushroom coral but they shouldn't have tentacles?? I can't see any tentacles?

Yes the dark red/puprle things I thought they were mushrooms when I said tentacles I mean like little tips on them

Mushrooms indeed.... They "balloon" up like that when they catch food to eat it.
