HI All,

I may have put this in the wrong place but here go. You ma have seen my thred on nano tanks. I hav ebrought some great live rock. On it si some purple & yellow I presume cora. However the purple ones are growing too well Any chance a ID on the purple & yellow. Also is the purpe stuff ok? Here is the pcture.

the yellow is sponges, don't know about the purple.

Cheers dude hought they were spongs. The purples one I ave 3 dif areas & they are all branching out

Not clear from the picture, but the Purple looks like Coraline Algae. It's usually associated with good water quality

Yep, sponges for sure I've got tons of the pinky purple sort.
