Id Please Of A Hermit

hey peeps this hermit crab has been in my tank now for a month maybe 2, and it didnt seem to bother much of anything but recently while checking over my tank i found another one but alot smaller, and last night i saw it near a snail and the snail was freakin out really weird to watch but i didnt notice the hermit touching him at all. im not sure if they are hiding or if all my other hermit crabs are disappearing but i cant find close to half the hermits and im afraid this guy may be behind it all.

he has huge claws and he moves really fast i don know if he was a hitch hiker or what but now theres two and i didnt even buy the first one.

Looks like a common Zebra hermit which are typically very aggressive towards other hermits and snails. IMO really the only ones that are only mildly aggressive are scarlets. Even the big electric blues are aggressive towards snails.
