ID of plant growing in pond

Hello, i have a small tropical pond outdoors and there is a plant that has been growing very well


INFO: the dried seed pods are not the same plant. they are the stalk from Giant Water Plantain.
This is either some sort of native Ludwigia species, or emersed Rotala Rotundiflora.
the stem is long and pinkish.

i have no sign of any emersed ludwigia however there are many bright red submersed rotalas. seems to be connected to the same pink stem

doesn't look like rotala or ludwigia.
most aquarium submersed plants look different emersed and then even more different when matured emersed.

hmm, that is strange, but also nice. I like the little flowers.
I remember this plant having tiny and purple flowers however...
