Id My Snail Please

Well on a bonus i got a free snail
on the other hand i have no idea what kind it is. it was so tiny when i first noticed it, its growing so must be ok. you can see a small hole in the middle of the shell which you can see straight through the shell. the actual snail is bright red.

Anyone know what it is?
