Agreed, looks a lot like cerith, astrea, or turbo snail eggs.

worth trying 2 keep them?

for sure.
They will probably survive naturally u dont have to do much, not all will, but some curtainly will.

rearing them yourself is really painstaking and at the risk of putting words in your mouth, probably not for you Ter . Let them run their course naturally, mabe a couple survive
