Id For This Fish Please

Can I have an ID on this fish please?

Only other info on it is that when it's older it's fins go an orange and yellow and grow to around 12cm.

My fist thought was a gudgeon something like a trout gudeon or,Empire gudgeon.
 
If it was sold to you as a native of England then I was thinking something along the lines of a Roach or polder trout but their fins are wrong. It could even be a stickle back, but again its fins aren't quite right and even its head looks wrong/
 
When you got the fish was there any other information? Aggressive?, eats everything it can fit in its mouth?, needs live food? Cold water or tropical?
 
For now I am inclined to go with my first instinct and say a  type of gudgeon, most likely a female or one that is still quite stressed so no showing its full colour.
