ICK?

My Dojo Loach has a white spot on the back edge of it's dorsal fin. the spot is approximately 1/16th of an inch in diameter. It looks kind of furry. Could this be the start of ick?
None of the other fish in my tank have any spots.

If it's fury it is probably a fungus. Ich is more like a grain of salt. I made the same mistake when I first thought I had ich.
