Ich?

Ok, so two of my fish, a damsel and an unidentified fish, look like they're rubbing themselves an the substrate and the damsel on the rocks too. Its kind of a quick touch then swim then touch then swim etc. Is this a sign of Ich? What should I do? I don't see any signs on the fish. If it is Ich and its early, should I give them a FW dip?

Sounds like parasites. Check your water quality, make sure it is where it needs to be and get a cleaner shrimp. This will usually take care of it, if they are getting really bad, a hospital tank with copper and or other meds might be in order. You can try a dip, but read up on it before you do it.
Wait, first try lowering you salt content to 1.016 and see if that helps. (If you have a fish only tank)

i second that one... all good advice... becareful doing those FW dips.
