I noticed a spot on one of my fish yesterday and saw that she was starting to act strange (flicking, shaking). I treated the tank yesterday and today and the spot seems to be going away already. However, I read in a sticky post that if you see white spots, then it's already too late or something... meaning this fish will probably die?

I know I saw a post about this before, but how long do you keep treating the tank after the symptoms are gone? Was it 5 days?

And also, I have 2 fry in a nursery... Will the medicine harm them or is it safe?

ICH is a disease that can be easily cured. However, it can only be treated in certain "stages" of its life cycle. Therefore, you need to continute treatment for at least 3 (I'd do 5 just to be safe) days AFTER you see the last white spot disapear. I think you fish will be just fine if you follow a strict medication schedule. Good luck! Hope they do ok.

Different medications vary how much/often/long to dose - best follow the instructions that came with the brand you got...

Increasing the temperature to the higher level that your fish like will speed up the life cycle of the parasite and make the medication more effective.

...as M&D said is easily treatable and should not adversly affect your fish if caught early enough.

Also most fish that survive an outbreak of ich build up a certain amount of immunity to any future outbreak.
