Ich Question?

Ok this may seem weird but my fish currently have ich and I know how to treat them.
I completed one treatment but the ichs still around.
I know to wait about a week and try again but ive noticed something strange.

In one corner of my aquarium there are 4 little white ball shaped things attached to the aquarium sealant.

Can ich live without being attackhed to a fish?
At first thoguth maybe they were baby snails but definitly arnt.
They are about the size of a pin head.

WTH is it??

Ich must be attached to a fish to survive.

I myself would not want a break of a week in between treatments for Ich as that is about a life cycle, so if one survived the last treatment, when you start the next one there could be hundreds.
